Hi Beautiful,
You are a mid-life Mom who has spent half your existence scrubbing crayon off the walls, packing lunches, taxiing kids to sporting events, scooping up the laundry off the floor, assembling projects and preparing endless meals, guiding and supporting your teens at the expense of your own career and now…the kids are grown.

There’s too much dreaded silence. Ugh.

You can’t help feeling….
  • a lost sense of identity and lack of “true” purpose

  • paralyzed by the fear of what’s coming next

  • consumed by loss and emptiness

  • less healthy lately and lacking the motivation to exercise

  • lonely and wishing you had someone upbeat to talk to

  • like your social network vanished into thin air when the kids left

  • guilty when you try to do things for yourself

  • basically like your youth has slipped through your fingers and everything has gone awry!

Hi, I’m Bridget

As an Empowerment Coach for Moms & Founder of Being Magenta, I help mid-life women entering the empty nest stage, who need a bit of “life support,” discover exciting, new purpose before they get to the crisis point I found myself in so many years ago. As you shift into the next chapter of your life, together we’ll explore your passions and interests and I’ll help you define what it is you want your impact on the world to be and how you want to be remembered by the people around you.

‘I was paralyzed by fear, sitting there wondering, “Who am I?”’

It may not look like it now, but I was once ‘that” mom. I’d planned my life to a ‘T’ and done everything that I thought was right. I lived in Orange County, was in my mid-30s, and was blessed with two, beautiful, healthy children, a loving husband, and a great job. To neighbors and friends, I looked like I was living ‘the dream’, but behind closed doors, I was paralyzed by fear, sitting there wondering…

“Who am I?”

I honestly didn’t know. All I knew was that every cell in my body was sick with unfulfillment and overflowing with discontent. I was in crisis. Everything in my life was falling apart around me, my marriage was on the rocks, and I knew if I didn’t take back my power and step into the truth of who I was meant to be, I might not see those beautiful kids grow up. Going out on my own and realizing how others would judge me was terrifying.

‘Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous in the end.’  -Robin Sharma

No journey is never smooth-sailing, but by using certain practices and tools rooted in positive psychology you can live in your truth, step into your power and embrace your authentic self. You are SO much more than “just” a Mom and by tapping into all of that you will be able to really make your mark on the world.

It would be my honor to support you as you get Braver, cultivate new Relationships, learn to live with Intention, practice Gratitude, prioritize your Health and live your Truth.

It’s time to embrace the starring role in your life and shine BRIGHTer!

I've ... learned that it's worth the time and money to invest in me. It makes me feel good and also I really like having a coach to keep me accountable and push me forward. I feel it's impossible to do this work and make this progress on your own, no matter how smart you are. You need a coach and Bridget has been great for me!’

My biggest struggle is trying to find myself and figure out what I want after being so focused on raising my kids and not..making intentional choices

for me.

I was inspired to work with Bridget because…I felt she was genuine, open and non-judgmental. And she is.

I have learned how important it is to have and keep a routine. She has given me the tools to pause and take a step back…and to alleviate feelings of anxiety and overwhelm and to fight my inner voice that is negatively

critiquing me.

My personal growth within this program is immeasurable. I started off hoping to find a purpose, a passion and discovered my authentic self. I learned to set boundaries and prioritize myself. I uncovered not only the strengths I possess outwardly, such as my artistic abilities, but inwardly, such as my social integrity. I pushed outside my comfort zone to dare myself to be vulnerable and discover how to empower myself. And I found out I no longer have to be stuck in the past, but can rewrite my stories. I never would have made such progress without Bridget's expert guidance, support, advice, and suggestions. I, and my family, too, will be forever grateful!
