ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Bridget Belden. As a life coach for empty nesters, my goal is to help you find your path and amplify your inner voice using practices and tools rooted in positive psychology and tested by my own journey to self-discovery.
My life changed when I was in my mid 30’s. I was Director of ECommerce at Lucky Brand, launching their digital consumer experience and B2B showrooms. I had two beautiful children, a loving husband, and a great job, but I felt a sense of discontent and unfulfillment. After some serious soul searching and introspection I left my job and started a non-profit called Ripple Kids in 2006. Now, more than 15 years later, I am on a new journey committed to supporting women, especially mothers, in finding purpose as an empty nester and reinventing yourself in preparation for your empty nest, to prevent you from experiencing the same kind of mom midlife crisis I found myself in so many years ago.
I live in Orange County with my husband of 26 years, Charlie, and our dog Max. Since our kids flew the nest several years ago, we are enjoying traveling and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy photography and dabbling in oil painting.

WHY MAGENTA?
✦ The Color Magenta is one of universal harmony and emotional balance. It is spiritual yet practical, encouraging common sense and a balanced outlook on life. Magenta helps to create harmony and balance in every aspect of life: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
✦ Living BRIGHTer : As a mom, you have willingly taken care of your family, often at the expense of your own identity. As we layer on more and more roles, our own light tends to dim and tarnish as we lose touch with who we are beyond being a mom.
I developed these pillars as a part of my program to support moms who are looking to rediscover their sparkle. By integrating these 6 elements into your life one step at a time, you will be well on your way to living a more fulfilled, joyful and balanced life.
To live BRIGHTer.

B – be Brave

R – cultivate Relationships
